Flow Series
Reformer Flow
A 55-minute workout on the Pilates reformer to strengthen your core muscles and overall body. Let your body move seamlessly from spine flexion to extension:
- Improve your core strength, posture and flexibility
- Discover how core stability (stronger tummy and low back) can increase your upper and lower body strength
- Small class size: up to 6 participants; our instructor is always at hand to check your form and give you a little help if you need, or work you a little harder should you need a nudge. Improve faster, see better results with the attention.
CLASS LEVELS
Beginner’s (B): if you are new to Pilates, or you haven’t been exercising for a while, our Beginner’s class, marked as “B” on the time schedule, is designed with you in mind. Ease your body to the exercise, while receiving an appropriate level of exercise difficulty to challenge your body.
Intermediate (I): the class is suitable for those who have done Pilates for a while. Also suitable for someone who is active, but has persistently tight muscles. Add a core workout to your weekly exercise. Let your muscles stretch and teach them to exercise in length using the stretchy springs of the reformer. Be less tight. Suitable for strength-training enthusiasts, runners, cyclists and rock climbers.
You are very active, but have muscular pain or tightness due to over-worked muscles, try our Reformer Care classes for a different pace and exercise focus.

Mat Flow
Need to burn calories and strengthen your bones and muscles, but worry about the effects of high-impact exercises on your low back and knees. Try our Mat Flow classes:
- Discover how core-centred, weight-bearing exercises can improve body alignment and keep your low back and knees healthy
- Help you achieve your weight management goals
- Small class size: up to 6 participants; our instructor is always at hand to check your form and give you a little help if you need, or work you a little harder should you need a nudge. Improve faster, see better results with the attention.
CLASS LEVELS
Beginner’s (B): if you are new to Pilates, or you haven’t been exercising for a while, our Beginner’s class is designed with you in mind. Ease your body to the exercise. Break into a sweat without overloading the joints, or increasing the exercise time.
Intermediate (I): if you have done Pilates before, find new fun in the exercises with the help of suspension bands, balls and BOSU. Try our Intermediate class. Put your core to the challenge!
We have combined our Pilates Dance with Mat Flow. If you enjoy dance or aerobic classes, but have to reduce the frequency due to knee or ankle pain, try our dance-inspired Mat Flow class: move to the rhythm, practice good alignment and avoid knee / ankle injury.
