Reformer Flow
You want to stay fit and improve your core strength. You have heard of the benefits of a stronger core. Try the Reformer Flow exercise series. What you will receive:

Pilates Mat Flow
Fitness has no retirement age. But do you feel you don’t recover as fast as before? You worry about your low back and knees with high impact exercises. Try Pilates. What you will receive:

Pilates Mat Dance

Reformer Care (formerly Group Pilates)
Do you have a tight low back, or stiff neck or shoulders? The Pilates Reformer Care exercise series may be what you are looking for:
- A 55-minute workout to stretch tight muscles and strengthen your core
- Using the Pilates reformer, and other equipment such as trapeze table and barrel, stretch and relieve body tension and build strength^

Prenatal Pilates
Women are encouraged to exercise regularly during pregnancy. Core exercise in particular, is good for new mothers. What you will receive:
