Reformer Flow

You want to stay fit and improve your core strength. You have heard of the benefits of a stronger core. Try the Reformer Flow exercise series. What you will receive:

  • Using the Pilates reformer, discover how core stability can improve your upper and lower body strength and alignment; move seamlessly from one exercise to another

Pilates Mat Flow

Fitness has no retirement age. But do you feel you don’t recover as fast as before? You worry about your low back and knees with high impact exercises. Try Pilates. What you will receive:

Pilates Mat Dance

There is a long association between Dance and Pilates. Many dancers have turned to Pilates to strengthen their core muscles, and recover from dance-related injuries. What you will receive:

Reformer Care (formerly Group Pilates)

Do you have a tight low back, or stiff neck or shoulders? The Pilates Reformer Care exercise series may be what you are looking for:

  • A 55-minute workout to stretch tight muscles and strengthen your core
  • Using the Pilates reformer, and other equipment such as trapeze table and barrel, stretch and relieve body tension and build strength^
  • Improve sitting and standing posture; experience less aches and pain, avoid re-injury
  • Available during the day; take a quick break from your busy schedule to re-align the body, or join the evening or Saturday class to reset after a long day

Prenatal Pilates

Women are encouraged to exercise regularly during pregnancy. Core exercise in particular, is good for new mothers. What you will receive:

  • Pilates exercises to strengthen core muscles and tone the pelvic floor; reduce the risk of diastasis recti and low back pain
  • Using different Pilates equipment such as at the reformer, trapeze table and chair 
  • Stretch upper body and improve range of movement
  • Improve arm and leg strength; feel stronger and less tired

Pilates Gold

If you are 65 years and above, the Gold class is designed for your fitness need. What you will receive:

  • A 55-minute exercise programme to strengthen and stretch out tight muscles, using different Pilates equipment such as the reformer, trapeze table and chair
  • Experience less joint pain
  • Strengthen core and pelvic floor muscles; improve hip movement
  • Improve core stability and balance; reduce the risk of fall
  • Exercise in a small class ratio of 4 participants max to 1 instructor; get the attention you need
  • Workout Intensity: low to moderate

*T&Cs apply. After the trial, class prices depend on the class and timing. The Reformer Flow, Mat Flow & Mat Dance classes are at $65 each person per class. Reformer Care classes on the weekdays are $65 each, while weeknight or Sat classes are $75 each. Prenatal Pilates is $80 each, and Pilates Gold for active ageing is $65 each. The prices are based on a minimum of 10 classes. All packages have expiration dates. ^In multi-equipment classes such as the Reformer Care & Mat Flow classes, the choice of equipment used is at the instructor’s discretion, and would vary from class to class. The class schedule is effective 15 Apr 2024.

    Weekly Pilates For A Stronger Body

    Back in 2017, I wrote the one good thing that happened to me in 2017 was attending your Pilates group classes. I have chronic lower back pain since early 20s. I am in my 30s now. I did a MRI scan a year ago. I have ‘lesser fluid’ on two of my lower back discs and this might be the cause. Sometimes, sitting was just annoying and I had to take leave to lie down... After three years of weekly Pilates: My MC leave in 2017 was 9 days, 2018 was 5.5 days, 2019 was 4.5 days, 2020 was 0 day! You taught me how to pay attention to my body. Nothing beats a body that functions optimally for me. Thank you. Please continue doing what you do!

    Really like the Pilates class, better flexibility
