Pilates Group Class Schedule
There is no class if the class day falls on a public holiday.
Class schedule is effective 1 Jun 2025.
Beginner’s (B): if you are new to Pilates, or you haven’t been exercising for a while, our Beginner’s class, marked as “B” on the time schedule, is designed with you in mind. Ease your body to the exercise, while receiving an appropriate level of exercise difficulty to challenge your body.
Combined (C): the class is suitable if you have done Pilates for sometime. Also suitable if you are active, but have tight muscles. Add a Pilates workout to your weekly routine to stretch and re-align. Beginners are welcome if you feel you can follow the class pace.
If you are very active, but have muscular pain or tightness, try our Reformer Care classes for a different pace and exercise focus.Pre & Postnatal (P): Reformer Care classes with “P” in brackets are open to Pre & Postnatal participants.
