Group Class Pilates
Enjoy Pilates On Different Equipment
You may be familiar with Pilates exercises on the mat, but Pilates is also performed on equipment such as on the Pilates reformer, trapeze table and chair. These equipment are usually reserved for 1-to-1 sessions in a studio. What sets our group classes apart is, you will have access to these Pilates equipment in our group classes. ^ What you will receive:
- A workout of 55 minutes to strengthen core muscles, stretch and tone the body on different Pilates equipment like the reformer, trapeze table, chair and mat
- Available during the day: take a quick break from your busy schedule to reset and re-align the body
- Or join the evening or Saturday classes to stretch, strengthen and bring balance back to the body after a long day
- Improve your sitting and standing posture; experience less aches and pain
- Exercise in a small class ratio of 4 participants max. to 1 instructor; good for beginners
- Our Flexi Class Plan allows you to easily convert your daytime classes to evening or Saturday classes to suit your schedule
