Group Class Pilates
Enjoy Pilates on Different Equipment
Most people associate Pilates with mat exercises, but Pilates is also performed on equipment such as, the reformer, trapeze table and chair. These equipment are usually reserved for private sessions in a studio. What sets our group classes apart is you will have access to these Pilates equipment in our group classes.^ What you will receive:
- Enjoy a 55-minute workout to strengthen core muscles, stretch and tone the body on different Pilates equipment
- Available in the morning at 10 am and at lunch-time; take a quick break from your busy schedule to reset and re-align the body
- Or join the evening or Saturday classes to stretch, strengthen and bring balance back to the body after a long day or week
- Improve your sitting and standing posture; experience less aches and pain
- Exercise in a small class ratio of about 3 participants to 1 instructor; good for beginners
- Our Flexi Class Plan allows you to easily convert your daytime classes to evening or Saturday classes to suit your schedule
