Reformer Flow
A 55-minute workout on the Pilates reformer:
- Improve your core strength, posture and flexibility
- Exercising on the reformer, a moving platform, helps you to re-align, stretch and improve stability
- Small class size of 3 – 4 persons to 1 instructor (max 6). Our instructor is always at hand to check your form. Give you a little help if you need, or work you a little harder should you need a nudge. Improve faster, see better results.

Reformer for Posture
Are you worried about your posture from long hours at the desk or on your mobile phone? Want to have better posture?
- Stretch your neck and shoulders & strengthen your upper back muscles on the Pilates reformer

Mat Flow (Cardio Pilates)
You need to burn calories but worry about the effects of high impact and repetitive exercises on your low back and knee. Try our Mat Flow class*, our most cardio intensive Pilates class:
- Enjoy weight-bearing and stability exercises to improve your core and overall strength
- Move to the beat of music in a high tempo, high energy workout: improve your cardiovascular health and help you reach your weight management goals
- With a small class size of max 2-3 persons to 1 instructor (max 5), get the attention you need, avoid injury.

*Exercise mat is not provided. You will need to bring your own mat to class. From 15 Apr – 6 May, the Mat Flow class is temporarily on Wed, 6.30 pm. It will return to 7.30 pm from 13 May.

Meet-Up for Pilates
Want to meet up to celebrate an occasion? Instead of going for a meal, why not organise your own group Pilates class and get active together? More about the class:
- Suitable for 4 to 6 persons
- Enjoy an hour-long class where you find your core, stretch and get fit together
- Cater to all fitness levels
The class may be one-time class or a weekly event where you get together for a cuppa Pi-latte!

Pilates Group Class Schedule
There is no class if the class day falls on a public holiday.
Class schedule is effective 12 Apr 2026.
Beginner’s (B): if you are new to Pilates, our Beginner’s class, marked as “B” on the time schedule, is designed with you in mind. Ease your body to the exercise, while receiving an appropriate level of exercise difficulty to challenge your body.
Combined (C): the class is suitable if you have done Pilates for sometime. Also suitable if you are active, but have tight muscles. Add a Pilates workout to your weekly routine to stretch and re-align. Beginners are welcome if you feel you can follow the class pace.
If you are very active but have muscular pain or tightness, try our Reformer Care classes for a different pace and exercise focus.Pre & Postnatal (P): Reformer Care classes with “P” in brackets are open to Pre & Postnatal participants.
